IMMIGRATION

The Australian Nationalist Social Republic (ANSR) advocates for a strict and carefully regulated immigration policy designed to protect and preserve Australia’s unique cultural and historical identity. The Republic of Australia is founded on the enduring contributions of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, alongside European Australians, who have shaped the fabric of modern Australia. These ethnic groups form the cornerstone of our national identity, and their homeland must be safeguarded for the benefit of future generations.

Immigration into the Republic will be meticulously managed to ensure that those seeking to join our society demonstrate a genuine commitment to the Australian way of life. Proficiency in English, a deep understanding of our nation’s history, and strict adherence to Australian laws will be mandatory. While immigration can provide cultural and economic benefits, it must never come at the cost of the Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, and European Australian communities.

The ANSR is committed to implementing policies that prevent the formation of political, cultural, or economic blocs that may undermine the agency and sovereignty of Australia’s founding peoples. This policy ensures that the cultural, social, and economic integrity of the nation remains intact, safeguarding the interests of the communities that form the foundation of the Republic.

The ANSR’s immigration policy is designed to ensure the long-term stability, security, and cohesion of the Republic of Australia, preserving the core identity and sovereignty of its founding peoples while fostering a society committed to shared national values.

  • The ANSR Party advocates for an immigration policy designed to protect and maintain Australia’s cultural integrity. Under this policy, foreign-born residents will not exceed 11.5% of the total combined populations of Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, and European Australians, ensuring that Australians never become a statistical minority in their own nation, streets, or workplaces.

The right to reside in Australia is not a commodity, but a privilege that must be earned through a comprehensive evaluation of compatibility, values, and character. The ANSR is committed to ensuring that only those who truly align with the Republic’s ideals and are deserving of this privilege are granted entry.

The Party’s immigration policy is structured into two categories:

    1. Pathways for Residency: Open to men and women of good character who seek to live, work, or study in Australia. Each application will be assessed based on personal merit and the applicant’s ability to contribute to the nation’s stability and prosperity.

    2. Pathways for Citizenship: Available to eligible individuals from the Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, and European populations who have established residency in Australia for a minimum of three years. After this period, they may apply for citizenship by submitting necessary documentation, paying associated fees, and completing an interview or Citizenship test. Full citizenship rights will be granted incrementally over a seven-year period, culminating in full participation in local, state, and national governance.

In line with the Party’s immigration framework, only Citizens and Nationals will be counted toward the official Australian population. The Republic Government reserves the right to assess all applications for Residency and Citizenship on a case-by-case basis, particularly for individuals from nations facing ethnic, cultural, or political instability, where such factors may present a risk to the security or cohesion of Australia.

This policy ensures that immigration serves the national interest, preserving the cultural and social fabric of the nation while carefully managing the integration of those who share Australia’s values.

  • The ANSR Party advocates for providing meaningful incentives to all Residents of the Republic of Australia, from the date of the Republic's founding, to voluntarily return to their ancestral homelands or a location of their choosing. These incentives will allow individuals to transfer their wealth, subject to evaluation by national authorities, into a compatible form of currency or liquid asset, ensuring a smooth and equitable transition.

The ANSR believes that the most valuable form of foreign aid we can offer is to empower individuals to build prosperity in their ancestral lands using the education, skills, and experiences they have gained while residing in Australia. By facilitating this voluntary return, we enable individuals to contribute to the growth and development of their homelands, while also fostering positive relations between Australia and these nations.

This initiative is designed to support individuals in making a dignified and prosperous return, ensuring that both Australia and the receiving nations benefit from this strategic approach to foreign relations and domestic stability.
