EDUCATION
The Australian National Sovereignty Republic (ANSR) is dedicated to building a strong foundation for the future by equipping young Australians with the tools, skills, and resilience they need to thrive. Our education policies are designed to foster physical, mental, and intellectual strength in every student, ensuring they graduate as capable, confident individuals ready to contribute to society and the nation’s growth.
Through a holistic approach, we integrate physical fitness, leadership development, and a robust national curriculum that prepares students for both academic success and real-world challenges. By revitalising trades education, promoting health and wellness, and prioritising critical sectors like STEM, the ANSR is committed to shaping a future-ready workforce and empowering the next generation to lead Australia into a prosperous and self-sufficient future.
Our education system is more than just learning; it’s about building resilience, leadership, and a sense of responsibility that extends beyond the classroom, ensuring that young Australians are prepared to face the challenges ahead.

The ANSR is committed to reforming Australia’s education system by implementing a unified, nationalised curriculum, overhauling the assessment process, and revitalising the trades sector.
The national curriculum will focus on core subjects such as English, mathematics, Australian and world history, life skills, physical fitness, mental well-being, and critical thinking, ensuring that all students receive a well-rounded education that prepares them for the future.
Private schools will be required to fully adhere to the national curriculum. While they may supplement with additional subjects, they must comply with the core syllabus, and regular audits will ensure high standards.
In place of standardised testing, the ANSR will introduce a national examination at the end of each school year, covering both primary and secondary education. This examination will assess critical thinking, comprehension, and the ability to apply knowledge through written responses, moving away from multiple-choice testing.
The Ministry of Education will oversee the integrity of the system through representative sampling and ensure that each student’s progress is assessed individually, with tailored grading systems reflecting their unique abilities. This personalised approach will empower students to reach their full potential.
Additionally, the ANSR is committed to revitalising the trades sector by promoting skilled trades and offering early professional employment and training pathways. The reintroduction of trade schools into the secondary curriculum will provide students with the opportunity to gain practical skills and start apprenticeships, preparing them for hands-on professions that are vital to Australia’s infrastructure and economy.
By supporting both academic and trade education, the ANSR aims to build a highly skilled workforce, ensuring that all students are equipped to contribute to the nation’s development and economic success.

The ANSR is committed to developing physically strong, healthy, and capable young Australians. To achieve this, we will integrate outdoor activities, adventure programs, sports, and leadership camps into the education system, fostering resilience, physical fitness, and leadership qualities in our youth.
Aligned with our Health Policy, every public school will provide access to a nutritionist and a fully equipped gymnasium, available two hours before, during, and after school hours. These facilities will be staffed by trained professionals to ensure a safe, supportive environment for students to engage in physical activity and pursue their fitness goals.
Through these initiatives, the ANSR aims to empower young Australians to become confident, resilient, and capable individuals, ready to contribute positively to society and the nation's future.

The ANSR is committed to fostering a future-ready workforce by advocating for the full forgiveness of all student HELP and HECS debt for those pursuing studies in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields. This initiative aims to remove financial barriers, ensuring that students can access higher education in disciplines critical to Australia’s future development and competitiveness.
The State will prioritise funding for higher education within Australia’s eight key sectors—industries vital to the nation’s economic, social, and technological progress. However, eligibility for debt-free education will depend on academic aptitude and commitment. Students must meet rigorous standards and demonstrate sustained excellence to ensure that the investment in their education aligns with national priorities.
By removing financial burdens and promoting merit-based access, the ANSR seeks to cultivate a workforce dedicated to advancing Australia’s interests. This policy is an investment in the nation’s future, strengthening our capacity for innovation, growth, and leadership across critical sectors.

The ANSR is committed to implementing mandatory first-aid education in all primary and secondary schools across Australia. This initiative will ensure that every student graduates with essential first-aid skills and the confidence to act in emergency situations. Lessons will be conducted annually, embedding life-saving knowledge as a core part of the national curriculum.
By instilling these skills from an early age, the ANSR aims to foster a culture of responsibility, resilience, and preparedness. Every Australian will be equipped to assist others in critical moments, strengthening community safety and well-being.
This policy will elevate Australia’s crisis preparedness, ensuring that no emergency goes unaddressed due to a lack of basic medical knowledge. First-aid education is vital to building a strong, resilient society where help is always available.
